Graham Clough
Graham is an owner and director of CDS. He has 23 years drilling experience, and 25 years experience in installation of underground services. Graham maintains his knowledge of cutting edge innovation by attending international trenchless forums.

Daniel Clough
Daniel is an experienced driller who has been a drilling rig operator and manager for 20 years. He has extensive experience in the guidance of horizontal drilling alignments and has the best track record in NZ with grade accuracy for critical installations.

Shawn Nicolson
Shawn has 15 years construction experience in the directional drilling field. Including 12 years experience as a digger operator and drain layer with 8 years working as CDS' foreman. Shawn is also a Level 1 STMS and is heavily involved in QA and Health and Safety Practices.

Anthony Clough
Anthony has 20 years experience in directional drilling, installing and laying large diameter underground services in NZ, Canada and the USA. Anthony is also involved with working closely with CDS' clients and marketing and developing the business.

Wayne Hirst
Hirsty has 31 years experience as an automotive technician and 4 years as a drilling technician. He is a specialist mechanic with intimate knowledge of all CDS drills. Wayne constructed and now operates CDS' Mongoose Reclaimer. His mechanical innovation assists all CDS projects.

Lyn Clough
Lyn is an owner and director of CDS. She has been in charge of the office for over 20 years and is an expert in the MYOB and Plusfactor financial packages. She has 25 years teaching experience as a primary school teacher and uses this to keep the team in line.

Krystal Midgeley
Krystal has 3 Years experience as an STMS Level 1 for CDS New Zealand Ltd. She prepares the traffic management plans and liaises with Auckland Transport. Krystal is also involved in Health and Safety and adminstrative support to the drilling teams.

Josy Bird
Josy has 7 years experience as a civil engineer working in design and contract management of water, wastewater and stormwater pipelines. At CDS her role includes calculating drilling pullback forces, borepath design and contract management. |

Andrew Dobson
Andrew has 2 years experience at CDS working on all the drills. He has recently been looking after the mud mixing plant and the mongoose reclaimer at the Hobsonville project. He was also part of the team who went to Tauranga to work on the Welcome Bay watermain project. |

De Winnaar Gunter
Gunter is an experienced automotive mechanic with many years experience maintaining and servicing large diesel equipment. Gunter is in charge of the CDS workshop, keeping the drills, excavators, pumps and ancilliary equipment in good working order. |

Richard Clough
Richard has 15 years as an Automotive Technician. He has traveled overseas and gained valuable drilling and mechanical experience in the USA. He is a qualified Drill Technician and is the supervisor for all Maxi Drill operations. |

Joe Fataaiki
Joe is a recent addition to CDS, joining the team mid 2011. He is an experienced concrete layer and is currently learning the different aspects of the drilling trade. His first project was the Hobsonville project, where he assisted with installation of the gravity sewer. |

Lance Fitzpatrick
Fitzy has been in the construction industry for 21 years, 14 years of which were in directional drilling. He is a competent operator of all construction machinery including all CDS drills. He has recently been installing stormwater pipelines for the Council Renewals Contract. |

Bradley Webb
Brad has vast experience in mechanics, roading, heavy traffic and contracting, repair and maintenance of water, sewer and stormwater infrastructure. He greatly assists the drilling process, operating the vacuum trucks and monitoring mud flows. |

Will Dargaville
Will is a qualified polyethylene pipe welder who has recently joined CDS to gain a broader work experience and learn more about directional drilling. His expertise is invaluable when CDS needs to weld and manoeuvre long lengths of pipe with varying wall thicknesses. |
